Ensure your automation system is thoroughly validated before and after installation.
Our quality assurance team is ready to conduct comprehensive testing on your panels and systems.
Ensure your control system is reliable, safe, and ready for operation. Expert Control & InfoTech provides rigorous testing services from component level to complete system validation.
At Expert Control & InfoTech (ECI), quality is embedded in every stage of our workflow. We conduct rigorous testing protocols to ensure that every panel, component, and system performs reliably, safely, and efficiently before it reaches your site and after installation. Our testing services identify and eliminate issues early, saving you time and money.
We meticulously inspect and test every panel before it leaves our workshop. This includes visual inspection, continuity testing, insulation resistance (Megger) testing, torque checks on all connections, and labeling verification.
We ensure all field instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly. Our team performs calibration verification, loop checking, process condition simulation, and maintains detailed calibration records for every instrument.
Comprehensive electrical and operational testing validates system performance. Electrical tests include insulation resistance, high voltage withstand (Hi-Pot), grounding verification, and voltage/current measurements. Functional tests verify control logic, interlock sequences, I/O simulation, and alarm trip points.
We validate that your automation logic performs exactly as intended. Our testing includes step-by-step verification of PLC logic sequences, conditional and time-based operations, interlock and permissive logic validation, emergency shutdown logic testing, and cause-and-effect matrix verification.
Before any system leaves our facility, we conduct a formal Factory Acceptance Test with you or your representative. FAT includes demonstration of all system functions, simulation of field inputs, HMI/SCADA screen testing, alarm verification, communication protocol testing, and comprehensive documentation of test results.
After installation at your facility, we conduct a final Site Acceptance Test to confirm system readiness for live operation. SAT includes verification of installed field wiring, live loop testing with actual instruments, end-to-end functional testing, system integration validation, performance verification, and formal sign-off documentation.
